A placement fee (or maid loan) is the amount paid upfront by the employer on behalf of the helper, which will be recovered through salary deductions over the first few months of employment.
Yes. We provide a replacement guarantee within a specified period (usually 6 months). If the helper is not suitable, we’ll assist you to find a replacement.
Can I keep my helper’s passport or work permit?
No. By MOM regulations, the helper must keep her own passport and original Work Permit card.
We can assist with arranging her home leave or early repatriation. It’s important to communicate openly and handle documentation properly.
Yes. Our helpers undergo pre-departure training in their home country and may also attend local orientation upon arrival in Singapore. We also brief them on household expectations.
